#KopiTalk with North West Health Qigong Club Supporters
The kind of kopi I like best is … kopi with milk!
My favourite spots in the North West are … Bukit Timah Rail Corridor, Zhenghua Park and Admiralty Park. They are the best places for walking!
My superpower is … being a super grandmother to my grandchildren. I love taking care of them and doing fun bonding activities with them. These are moments I greatly cherish.
My favourite thing about Qigong class is … how I feel so much better and relaxed when I practise the gentle movements. I’ve also learnt to master the breathing technique which involves slowly inhaling and exhaling. Best of all, I’ve made many new friends who are just as enthusiastic and passionate about Qigong as I am!
If you’re new to Qigong, my top tips are … to take the time and effort to learn from your master. It takes patience and focus to combine both the moves and breathing. But you’ll definitely feel the health benefits once you practise regularly.
Jenis kopi yang saya paling suka ialah … Kopi putih perisa Hazelnut Old Town!
